Kendra & Jase at the Airport

Got up at the ridiculous time of 4:30 this morning in order to see Kendra and Jason off at the airport. They are headed over to Australia for the start of their big OE. As far as I know they plan on working in Oz for pretty much the whole of 2009, saving money to then use to travel around Asia, Canada, and possibly South America. It all sounds like a great time to me and I wish them both the best of luck. They’re both hard working intelligent people, so I have no doubts that they will make it around the world with out a hitch.

To tell you the truth I am damn jealous. I have been back in New Zealand for coming up on two years now. My feet are itching to get traveling again. I would love to head back over to Taiwan for another couple of years. Hit up Europe again and see the countries I missed the first time through. Just catching up with old friends around the world would be fantastic. Alas the troubles with growing up, having to start a career, settle down etc. But fear not world I will see you again… someday.
